Digital product delivery

CS2 Cheats products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, access credentials and download instructions are sent to your registered email address.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not been activated or downloaded. Requests after activation are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to request a refund
